Mykhailo Tarasenko

For the last year, I have been working in the author’s technique and devote most of my works to the consequences of the war in Ukraine. The series “Pictures for remember” is my contribution to support the memory of the horrors and pain that the Ukrainian people had to experience.

I take material for work from official news sources, which I was not interested in before February 24.
In addition, using several other techniques that are new to me, I paint my own reflection as a citizen, husband and father, separated from his family because of the war.
